We use your Personal Data only for providing and improving the Site, to contact you via email or phone upon your request via our contact forms, and for provision of the monthly newsletter should you choose to subscribe. We operate a Company LinkedIn page and process data about you in this context. In doing so, we receive data from you (e.g., when you communicate with us or engage with our content) and from the LinkedIn analytics platform (e.g., visitor statistics). LinkedIn may analyse your usage and process this data together with other data they have about you.

We are entitled, but not obliged, to check third-party content before or after its publication on our online presences, to delete content without notice and, if necessary, to report it to the provider of the platform in question.

Operation of our Site & Analytics

To be able to operate our website securely and stably, we collect technical data, such as IP address, information about the operating system and settings of your device, the region, time, and type of use.

To continuously improve our website and LinkedIn offering, we collect data about your behaviour and preferences, for example by analysing how you navigate through our website and how you interact with our LinkedIn profile.

When using our website, the data collected is stored in logs.

We use cookies to recognise website visitors, evaluate their behaviour and recognise preferences. You can set your browser so that it automatically rejects, accepts, or deletes cookies. Registration & Communications

To be able to use certain offers and services – e.g., our monthly newsletter, you must register. If you choose to register via the subscription functionality on the Site, we will use your email address to send you our monthly newsletter. Your entered email address is stored on our company server, in the website user log, and on our third party email platform Campaign Monitor. If you choose to contact us via one of our contact forms, we will use the details entered to contact you via phone or email. The personal data you enter into the contact forms is stored on our company server.

Job application

If you apply for a job with us, we obtain and process the relevant data for the purpose of reviewing the application, carrying out the application process and, in the case of successful applications, for the preparation and conclusion of a corresponding contract.

We process your data as long as our processing purposes (according to Section 4), the statutory retention periods, and our legitimate interests, in particular for analysis, documentation and evidence purposes, require it or storage is technically necessary (e.g., in the case of backups).
